  4.  This is quite a simple program to run, all you really have to do is 
  5. answer the question's.

  7.  But for those of us that do not know BRE (Barron Realms Elete) ,Well
  8. then that is another story.
  9.  
  10.  First off if you do not understand BRE then DO NOT fill this out. It is
  11. a utility that will help the player's to choose the Next league settings.
  12. The setting's of a league are the breaking point of how good a league is.
  13.   
  14.  If you do not understand one of the Voting questions, simply push enter.
  15. This will cause your answer to reset to Mehul's Default Start Up Value.

  17.  On that you know what setting's do what. Have fun and remember...
